Our damper unit is designed to protect gear teeth & sprag clutch on supercharger drive system. Dampener features innovative cushioning mechanism that insulates gears from harsh clutch engagement. Directly replaces OEM intermediate gear located between clutch and supercharger shaft. Constructed with superior materials and thicker gear teeth than OEM. Designed to be used with new style 2011/12 Yamaha clutch (part# 6S5-17800-10-00) and RIVA Supercharger Shaft Upgrade Kits.
