The new R&D Performance Intercooler Power Core Kit was developed to replace the over restrictive OEM intercooler with an inexpensive direct replacement core that will bolt in to the OEM stock location with all stock hardware. The R&D Intercooler Core reduces the deadhead air restriction (similar to the R&D Intake Core Kit) that is created when installing a C1 Monster compressor wheel with a 3-4 pound boost pressure gain. The R&D intercooler offers better cooling efficiency with an aluminum 8 core design over the stock copper 6 core design. The R&D core will flow more air, offer better cooling efficiency, and allow the C1 Monster Wheel to live up to its airflow volume potential.
